Speak Asia mediation postponed to 28th November[22-nov-2011]

Dear PaisaWorld viewers,

Please be informed that today's(21st November, 2011) scheduled mediation meeting among various concerned parties (EOW - Mumbai Police, Enforcement Directorate, RBI, CBDT, SAOL, Haren Ventures etc) under the supervision of honorable Retd. Chief Justice of India Mr. R. C. Lahoti got postponed to 28th November. As per our knowledge the reason given for the postponement is honorable Mr. Lahoti being out for some other case.

Friends ! we are waiting for 6 months and are mentally prepared to fight this lengthy legal battle till its end. This another postponement of 1 week is definitely annoying for all the Speak Asia family members but we have to understand that this is the way Indian legal system works where not surprisingly "a son gets the decree of the case filed by his late father". We are still fortunate that in our case the hearing is going on in honorable supreme court which is still reasonably fast.

Let us keep faith in our company and its management which has fought the case with honesty and aggression till date. In our view the SAOL leadership is very strong and resourceful which is able to handle such a complex situation. Had this not been the case, the 20 Lakh people of India are not fools who are still together and supporting the company in letter and spirit. Our victory is sure but the timing is not.

Lets fight for our "right to honest living" together. Proud to be Speak Asian.

I CAN UNDERSTAND FEELING ,FRIENDS THERE ARE CERTAIN THINGS WHICH ARE OUT OF OUR REACH,THERE FORE WE SHOULD GO ON PRAY THERE IS POWER IN PRAY YES… YESTERDAY I WAS IN THE CHURCH AND I HAVE PRESENT THE TESTIMONY OF OUR CASE AND DECISION GIVEN BY THE HONOUR ABLE JUDGE ON 14THNOV, YOU ARE ALL AWARE OF THAT,WHILE WE WANT OUR PAYMENT FAST AND AT T HE SAME TIME WE ALL WANT TO RESTART THE BUSINESS AS FAST AS POSSIBLE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF IT COMPANY IS ALSO CONSTRAINED BY THE ON GOING ACTIVITIES AGAINST ALL OF US WHICH ONLY DELAY THE ENTIRE PROCESS . IN VIEW OF THIS GIVING A FIXED CAN BE CHALLENGE BUT ASSURES YOU THAT WE ARE GETTING VERY CLOSER BY THE DAY AND THINGS ARE TOWARDS THE EARLIEST SETTLEMENT OF ALL ISSUES .

Meeting is Fixed on 28th November because Mr. Lohati ji is not available in delhi he is going out for some other case… So why are you all creating a panic dear… Maintain Patience This 28th was prefixed by Mr. Lohati and 21st was given by supreme court without knowledge of Mr. Lohati…
So leave your all tensions and make a wish for 28th Novemeber.. ‎28th November 04.00 PM is Fixed date dont wory :)
