Dear Speak Asians,
We must understand that whatever negative reports coming in the print media (including the one which has appeared in Bombay Mirror today that is 24th of Dec.) are the results of the malicious campaign being conducted by our enemies who do not want that business should restart & are the absolute violation of the ongoing mediation process conducted by Honourable Supreme court of India. When matter is already in the confines of Honourable Supreme court of India & Honourable mediator then how any media,any authority or any one for that matter can run any parallel arbitrary trial, just to gain cheap publicity amongst the readers & to spread ripples of excitement media has gone even to an extent of playing with the bread & butter of 15 lac people & their families.

Dear Speak Asians this entire story which has been witnessed by more than 15 lac panellists & their families has been well designed,formulated & planned by media plus some vested interests (we all very know who they are…..), but dear friends now the time has come that in this last lap of struggle where the aforesaid story has been very well understood by all of us, we must show to the world that how the unity of 15 lac people can do the wonders & bring back the greatest consumer empowerment revolution ever happened in the history of the corporate world, allow me to make slight change in the phrase rather “Honesty is the best policy” in today’s time it is more apt for we speakasians that we say “Unity & honesty are the essential parts of the best policy”. I would appeal to each one of you to show patience in your manner, dignity in your conduct & confidence in your posture,in near future VICTORY is going to be ours & that is for sure………

Media goes berserk behind Speak Asia ! ! ! 25-Dec-2011

Today when I woke up over a cup of tea, to my surprise I saw the front page of Mumbai Mirror where as usual the Times of India group again spitted bad on the Speak Asia Family. Entire India and particularly the Speak Asia family must ask following questions to the Times Of India group in whichever manner suitable to them :

1. When a legal matter is in the apex court of India, who gave the right to the Times Of India to put a tag of "fraud firm" on Speak Asia? Don't they have any respect or fear from the apex court of the country? Isn't there any law in our country which can keep insane media under control? Isn't Times of India an accused of contempt of court?

2. All of us remember that it was none other than Times Of India which was publishing the half page advertisement of Speak Asia every week, seeing which thousands of innocent Indians joined the company. Didn't Times of India know that time that the company is running a fraud scheme? Or they are just bothered about money and have no business ethics?

3. All of us know that malicious competitors of the SAOL are behind this regular media attack and particularly at a time when the mediation process has been completed and the verdict is almost at our doorstep.Honorable supreme court after deliberate perusal of facts found that its a genuine trade dispute and should be resolved through mediation process, and also appointed a mediator who is none other than the ex chief justice of India. Why Times Of India is not reporting what is happening positive in supreme court in favor of SAOL?

Friends ! there are many other questions which we can ask from the malicious media which is supposed to be neutral. But in the case of Speak Asia case we all have seen the nude picture of the Indian media and we have come to know that media in our country is just a business for making profit and genuine journalism cannot be expected from it. At this critical point of time when the final verdict is about to come we request each and every Speak Asian to be united and have trust in the judicial system of the country. The legal process is very slow in our country but finally the truth prevails in the court.

United we win ! divided we fall !!!
