I only have to say that where is the “water tight case as was reported in the media some time back” . Is it that all those reporters who were writing factually wrong reports about SAOL are safeguarding themselves in the Dey Murder Case?
Friends, fellow Speakasians I am proud to announce that your Association has filed a WRIT in the Hon’ble Mumbai High Court against the atrocities of the EOW and hope the same will be heard ASAP. The counsels of your Association are filing an application for immediate and urgent hearing in this matter on Monday i.e. 5th December, 2011. I expect the matter to be surely heard in the coming week.
Here I wish to thank all the dedicated Speakasians who have sent us cheques in favor of our Counsel Adv. Ahmad Abdi, because of which we have been able to engage the services of such senior counsels like respectable Shri Shrikant Bhat in the Hon’ble High Court and next week, in the Supreme Court in AISPA’s intervention before the Hon. Mr. Justice Lahoti ji. I again request and urge many more family members of Speakasians to please send in more monetary support by way of cheques in favor of Adv. Ahmad Abdi.
Fellow Speakasians, friends we all know that the Hon’ble Supreme Court is seized of our matter and for this precise reason the mediation process has been initiated and has been entrusted to the Hon. Mr. Justice Lahoti ji. We all know that in the final analysis our entire matter will be finalized and settled by this mediation process. So relax and have no worry. I remember the famous phrase/song “Don’t worry,.. Be happy”
I met my family after 10 days today and my teenage son told me
“Tough times do not last. Tough people do”.
Have faith, Have Patience, Trust your Company.
