AISPA have Withdrawn case[17/11/11]November



Good Evening SpeakAsian,
AISPA PIL in Mumbai High Court has been widrawn in lieu of the appointment of the mediator Hon. Justice Mr. R.C Lahoti.

Why AISPA withdrawn its PIL???
Is it a good sign that AISPA PIL withdrawn???
I hope this is the best move by AISPA according to current situation. Hope It will bring back glory of speakasia soon.

O R D E R

We have heard the learned counsel for the parties.

In our considered view, it is a fit case where a serious attempt should be made for an amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties through the intervention of a learned mediator.

We, accordingly, request Hon'ble Mr. Justice R.C. Lahoti (Former Chief Justice of India) to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement between the parties and submit a report to this Court after the mediation proceedings are concluded.

The learned Mediator would be at liberty to fix his fees/remuneration.

We direct the parties to appear before Hon'ble Mr. Justice R.C. Lahoti on 21st November, 2011 at 11.00 a.m.

List this matter immediately after receiving the report from the learned mediator.

A copy of this order be sent to the learned mediator within two days through a special messenger.
