ED to probe financial set up of Speak Asia

 The Enforcement Directorate (ED) would begin a probe into the financial set up of Singapore-based online survey company Speak Asia.

The development comes about a month after Headlines Today blew the lid off the controversial company. The ED would investigate the money flow of Speak Asia and how it collected crores of rupees from 19 lakh Indian investors through various entities, opened accounts in Indian banks and than transferred the money to Haren Ventures Ltd in Singapore.

Haren Ventures is the front company, owned by Speak Asia CEO Harender Kaur.

ED would track the flow of money to find out if the company was involved in money laundering.

Speak Asia was in the spotlight recently for giving more than 500 per cent return to investors violating the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) rules. It had also violated RBI norms by collecting crores of rupees from gullible investors and transacting abroad without a head office in India.

The ministry of corporate affairs had earlier said that it could not investigate Speak Asia because the company was not registered in India and the ministry did not have the company's database. Singapore-based United Overseas Bank had closed the bank accounts of Speak Asia following the Headlines Today expose last month.

Speak Asia however said on Tuesday that it had not received any intimation about the ED probe. In a statement, the company said: "We are yet to receive any intimation, notice, letter or questionnaire from the Enforcement Directorate or any other wing or department of any government agency/authority."

"As stated previously, we would like to reiterate that we will extend our fullest cooperation to any agency that approaches us for any investigation. Speak Asia is committed to the growth and prosperity of its panellists in India and is here to stay," the statement added.

ED registers money laundering case against Speak Asia    5-1-2012Mumbai: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday registered a case against Speak Asia, a Singapore-based online survey company, under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act in connection with a multi-level marketing scam, sources said.
The firm had allegedly duped over 12 lakh investors, also called as panelists, to the tune of Rs 1,300 crore, after assuring them commission if they introduced new members.
Speak Asia had promised lucrative returns to its investors, who were asked to pay a fee to register with it, through a multi-marketing pyramid model.
The city police had earlier arrested Speak Asia's Chief Operating Officer in India (COO) Tarak Bajpai, Financial Manager Ravi Khanna, the web portal's technicians Rajeev Malhotra, and Rais Khan and panelist Deepankar Sarkar.

नई दिल्ली। प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने लाखों लोगों को चूना लगा चुकी मल्टी मार्केटिंग कंपनी स्पीक एशिया के खिलाफ शिकंजा और कस दिया है। कंपनी के खिलाफ प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने प्रिवेन्शन ऑफ मनी लॉड्रिंग एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज किया है। अब विभाग स्पीक एशिया के करोड़ों की अवैघ लेनदेन की जानकारियां खंगालने में जुट गई है। गौरतलब है कि धोखधड़ी के मामले में पहले ही कंपनी के 4 लोग गिरफ्तार किया जा चुका है।

ईडी ने 900 करोड़ के घोटाले को परत दर परत जांचने के लिए मामला दर्ज कर लिया है। ईडी के सूत्रों की मानें तो मल्टी लेवल मार्केटिंग कंपनी स्पीक एशिया ने 900 करोड़ में से 100 करोड़ से ज्यादा की रकम सिंगापुर के रास्ते लैटिन अमेरिका और ब्राजील की कई कंपनियों में इनवेस्ट कर दी है।

कानूनी शिकंजे से बचने के लिए कंपनी अलग अलग बिजनेस में निवेश कर ब्लैक मनी को व्हाइट करने में जुटी हुई है।

सूत्रों के मुताबिक स्पीक एशिया इन कंपनियों से हो रहे मुनाफे को ब्राजील की एक मल्टीलेवल मार्केटिंग कंपनी में निवेश कर रही है। दूसरी तरफ स्पीक एशिया के सीईओ मनोज कुमार का कहना है कि ईडी को उन्होंने अपना प्लान बताया और इन्वेस्टमेंट रुट के बारे में भी जानकारी दी लेकिन ईडी आम लोगों का पैसा लोगों तक पहुचने नहीं देना चाहती है। कंपनी पैसे कहीं नहीं लगा रही है। किसी कम्पनी में नहीं लगा रही है।

गौरतलब है कि फर्जीवाड़े और घोटाले को लेकर अब तक कंपनी के पांच लोग गिरफ्तार किए जा चुके हैं लेकिन स्पीक एशिया इंडिया के सीओओ तारक वाजपेयी पुलिस को चकमा देकर फरार होने में कामयाब हो चुका है। मुंबई पुलिस के क्राइम ब्रांच समेत कई एजेंसियां अब इस बात का पता करने में लगी हैं कि आखिर किस तरह से स्पीक एशिया ने देश के लाखों लोगों के साथ धोखाधड़ी की। करोड़ों अरबों रुपयों की हेराफेरी करने में कामयाब रहा।

आप लोगों से कई दिनों से मेरी बात नहीं हुई, और आपको यह भी एहसास होगा कि इस वक़्त हम कोई भी आधिकारिक बयान (official statement),नहीं दे रहे हैं.

मैं आपकी कंपनी के सिंगापुर कार्यालय से बोल रहा हूँ.

क्या आप जानते हैं हम क्यों यह बयान का जवाब नहीं दे रहे हैं? सिर्फ इसलिए कि हमारे बहुत सारे मामले अदालतों में लंबित हैं .... बयान देना जब यह मामला न्यायाधीन है, कानूनी प्रक्रिया में हस्तक्षेप के बराबर है.

लेकिन पिछले २ -३ दिनों में, जो मैंने लेख पढ़े हैं Mumbai Mirror, Times of India और ब्लॉग साईट behind mlm पर ... .... इन लेखों ने कंपनी के खिलाफ झूठ के वाहियात इल्जामों की हद कर दी.
.... यही कारण है कि यह आवश्यक है और बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है मेरे लिए, कि मैं आपसे बात करूँ और आपके सामने सच रखूं . मैं, कंपनी के खिलाफ , मेरे खिलाफ और हम सभी के खिलाफ हर एक इलज़ाम का जवाब देना चाहता हूँ .

इस आलेख में पहला आरोप है कि कंपनी के साथ जुड़े सभी पैनलईस्ट अपराधी हैं, वे अपराधी हैं क्योंकि वे Speakasia का हिस्सा हैं. उनके मुताबिक, यह कानून के अनुसार है.

मैं पूछता हूँ पुलिस और विभिन्न सरकारी अधिकारियों से -क्या था उनका शुरूआत में नजरिया, वो किनकी सुरक्षा करना चाहते थे ? वे आपकी रक्षा करना चाहते थे , अब वे आपही को दोषी कह रहे हैं. .... क्यों?

क्योंकि अधिकारियों को दिलचस्पी नहीं हैं ये देखने के लिए कि आपके पैसे आपके पास सुरक्षित पहुंचे , या आप कारोबार जारी रखें.

उनकी केवल एक ही रूचि है और वो है कि किसी भी कीमत पर कंपनी को बंद करें

वे आपको इतना परेशान करना चाहते है कि आप काम करने से मना कर दें

वे ऐसा क्यों कर रहे हैं ? मैंने इस पर बहुत सोच विचार करने की कोशिश की, हम आने वाले समय में देख सकेंगे , इसके पीछे कौन लोग हैं, और वे क्यों ऐसा कर रहे हैं

चलिए पहले इन लेखों में उठाये गए मुद्दों को देखते हैं.

पहले उन्होंने कहा कि १०० करोड़ रुपए सिंगापुर बैंक में भेजे गए है और वहाँ से पैसे मेरे द्वारा आगे लैटिन अमेरिका और ब्राजील भेजे गए.

मैं उन्हें सूचित करना चाहता हूँ कि मेरा कोई निजी खाता नहीं है, या उन कंपनियों का , जिसका मैं एक हिस्सा हूँ , सिंगापुर में कोई भी बैंक खाता है. तो सिंगापुर में पैसे लाने के लिए या इसे आगे कहीं भी भेजने के लिए संभव नहीं है और इसका कोई सवाल ही नहीं उठता.

दूसरी बात उन्होंने कही कि Speakasia के वरिष्ठ अधिकारीयों के पास, मुंबई में और आसपास १०० करोड़ रुपए से अधिक मूल्य की सम्पति है, लेकिन वे ऐसी संपत्तियों के बारे में कोई भी जानकारी देने से दूर भागते हैं . मैं उन्हें पूछना चाहता हूँ, कि क्यों वे इसे गुप्त रखना चाहते हैं?

यदि उनको संपत्ति के बारे में पता है तो हमारे साथ जानकारी बाँटें. झूठे इलज़ाम लगाने से किसी को भी मदद नहीं मिलती है.

मैं एक MHADA के फ्लैट में रहता हूँ,जो मैंने HDFC से ऋण लेकर ख़रीदा हैं. अब ऋण चुकाया गया है.

अब वे एक मर्सिडीज कार की बात करते हैं जो मेरी बतायी जा रही है , मैं उन को बताना चाहता हूँ कि, कोई मर्सिडीज कार मेरे नाम में पंजीकृत (registered ) नहीं है

PE (Permanent Establishment )होने के दौरान , गणमान्य व्यक्तियों, सलाहकार, और विक्रेताओं के परिवहन के लिए कंपनी ने एक मर्सिडीज कार खरीदी. मैंने कभी इस मर्सिडीज का इस्तेमाल नहीं किया.

सभी जानते हैं कि, मेरे पास एक २००२ मॉडल बैलेनो है जिसे मैं खुद चलाता हूँ , मेरे पास ड्राइवर नहीं है,. लेकिन उनको "मर्सिडीज बेंज जब्त" जैसे बयान जारी करना अच्छा लगता है.

वे किसी अन्य कंपनी, ब्राजील में Colibri नाम से, की बात करते हैं, और एक और कंपनी Admatrix के नाम से जो माना जाता है कि भारत में कार्य कर रही थी . वे कहते हैं कि मैंने Colibri में निवेश किया है, अगर उन्होंने इतनी मेहनत की है, वे क्यों नहीं ब्राजील के ROC के पास जाते ,जिसे इंटरनेट पर भी किया जा सकता है और वे आसानी से देख सकते हैं ,कौन कंपनी के प्रमोटर हैं . मैं निश्चित रूप से प्रमोटर नहीं हूँ.

वे ब्राजील से स्थानीय लोग हैं, मैंने कंपनी में कोई निवेश नहीं किया है, एक नया पैसा भी नहीं.

 हाँ, Colibri के प्रमोटर हमारे पास आये थे सॉफ्टवेयर बनाने के लिए क्योंकि मेरी कंपनी Tulsiyant जहाँ मैं Director हूँ , Direct Marketing कंपनियों के लिए पिछले 15 वर्षों से सॉफ्टवेयर बना रही है ,दुनिया भर में विभिन्न direct marketing companies के लिए .

सभी जानते है कि भारत में सबसे अच्छी नेटवर्किंग कंपनियों ने हमारे द्वारा सॉफ्टवेयर विकसित करवाया है . सिंगापुर, मलेशिया, ब्रिटेन, स्विट्जरलैंड, इटली, अम्रीका , दुनिया भर से कंपनियों ने हमारे द्वारा सॉफ्टवेयर .बनवाया है.

तो यह कोई आश्चर्य की बात नहीं है कि श्री Colibri ने भी , उनके सॉफ्टवेयर के विकास के लिए हमसे संपर्क किया. जब तक वे कहना शुरू नहीं करते , कि हम मालिक हैं,उन सभी कंपनियां का ,जिनके लिए हमने सॉफ्टवेयर विकसित किया है,

ध्यान दें ,महत्वपूर्ण है कि जब यह कंपनी ने हमसे संपर्क किया, हम पहले से ही Speakasia के साथ काम कर रहे थे. इस से हितों का संघर्ष (conflict of interest ) होता और यही वजह है कि हम इस पर काम नहीं कर सके.

उनकी आवश्यकता को सुनने के बाद,हमें एहसास हुआ , कि Speakasia मॉडल बेहद सफल हुआ था, और जिस तरह से Speakasia का काम समझे बिना वे हमसे वैसा ही "हमारे लिए भी" मॉडल बनवाना चाहते थे,जिसे हमने इनकार कर दिया था क्योंकि इससे हितों का संघर्ष (conflict of interest ) होना था. यही सब कुछ है, श्री Colibri के साथ हमारे संबंध के बारे में.

एक और बात इस लेख में लिखी गयी है कि, मैं Colibri में एक निवेशक हूँ और उन के अनुसार इसका उल्लेख मेरी तस्वीर के साथ श्री Colibri की साइट पर किया गया था .. मैंने खुद इस साईट की जांच की है ,इस तरह का कुछ भी नहीं दिखाई देता है या न कभी इस साइट पर दिखाई दिया है. मैंने जाना, कि एक अन्य कोई ब्लॉगसाईट है जिसपर यह लेख मेरी तस्वीर के साथ प्रकाशित हुआ था.

मैं जांच कर रहा हूँ किसने इसे बनाया है और किसने वह ब्लॉग लिखा है.

मुझे आपको समझाने दीजिये कि यह Direct मार्केटिंग उद्योग एक बहुत छोटा उद्योग है, सब लोग इस उद्योग में हर किसीको जानता है. Colibri चला रहे लोग भी, मुझे सभी ऐसी १०० -१५० कंपनियों की तरह जानते है. मैं ऐसे सभी कंपनियों के directors /promoters को सिर्फ इसीलिए जानता हूँ ,कि मैं इस कारोबार में पिछले 15 वर्षों से हूँ.

एक और बात यह है कि इस लेख में लिखा है कि हमारे लोग बस गायब हो गए और भाग गए , इस से अधिक बेवकूफ आरोप नहीं हो सकता है.

११ मई, २०११ को एक ख़ास समाचार चैनल ने एक झूठी खबर बतायी, और इसके बाद कुछ और समाचार चैनलों ने कहानी.दोहरायी.

उस दिन से २९ जुलाई तक,हम सब एक साथ लढ़ रहे हैं इसे गलत साबित करने के लिए . हमने सभी सरकारी agencies से संपर्क किया है. EOW सहित कि कृपया हमें हमारे व्यापार मॉडल को समझाने का अवसर दे . हमने RBI से भी संपर्क किया. उन्होंने हमें नहीं सुना.

हम सभी भाग सकते थे,आप हमें छोड़ सकते थे , हमारे कर्मचारी छोड़ सकते थे ,प्रबंधक छोड़ सकते थे , मैं छोड़ सकता था, इस तरह का कुछ नहीं हुआ और हमने पसंद किया डटकर खड़े रहना , और आपके और हमारे अधिकारों के लिए लड़ना.हम जीतने और फिर से काम शुरू करना चाहते हैं.

क्या आप जानते है कि जब मैं कुछ व्यापार के काम के लिए दुबई में था,उस समय ये सभी गिरफ्तारी हुई थी. मेरी पत्नी और मेरा बेटा कुछ दिनों के लिए मेरे साथ थे. मैंने मेरे परिवार को इन गिरफ्तारियों के बाद वापस भारत भेजा.. क्यों? क्या मैं भागना चाहता था? यह बात और है कि EOW ने पूरी रात के लिए मेरे परिवार को हिरासत में लिया और उन्हें बहुत परेशान किया .

मैं आप सभी को याद दिलाना चाहता हूँ कि जब TBM Meet (Torch Bearers Meet )आयोजित किया गया, क्या आप सभी ने इस TBM Meet के लिए बनायीं गयी फिल्म देखी थी?

उस समय कई लोगों ने हमें बताया कि, Speakasia की भारी सफलता को देखकर कुछ लोगों की कोशिश होगी कंपनी को हड़पने (takeover) की , और एक छोटी सी फिल्म इस के लिए बनायी गयी थी.

मैं इस बयान के बाद उस फिल्म को अपलोड करने की कोशिश करूंगा ताकि आप एक बार फिर से फिल्म देख सकें. यह फिल्म २-३ महीने पुरानी है , और हमारे व्यापार को विस्तार से समझाती हैं और यह भी दिखाती है कि क्यों हम पर हमला किया जा सकता है और शायद इसीलिए ही हम पर हमला हुआ है . इस फिल्मसे यह हम सभी को जवाब मिलेगा कि क्यों ये सब लोग हमें परेशान कर रहे हैं.

लेकिन ये फिल्म हमें ये भी बताती है कि हम जीत सकते हैं जब हम एकजुट हैं और जीत निश्चित रूप से हमारी होगी.

जब जीत हमारी होगी हम एक बार फिर कंधे से कंधे मिलाकर एकजुट खड़े रहेंगे और Speakasia को पूर्वनिर्धारित ऊंचाइयों तक ले जायेंगे.

एक फिल्म "मैं आजाद हूं" Meet से पहले दिखाई गयी थी.. ...मुझे एक गाने की कुछ पंक्तियां याद है जो बार - बार Meet के दौरान बज था और पंक्तियाँ है, " कितने बाजू , कितने सर ,गिन ले दुश्मन ध्यान से, हारेगा वो हर बाज़ी, जब खेलें हम जी जान से, आओ .. आ जाओ, जग पे छा जाओ, खेलो तुम जी जान से ".

Today when I woke up over a cup of tea, to my surprise I saw the front page of Mumbai Mirror where as usual the Times of India group again spitted bad on the Speak Asia Family. Entire India and particularly the Speak Asia family must ask following questions to the Times Of India group in whichever manner suitable to them :

1. When a legal matter is in the apex court of India, who gave the right to the Times Of India to put a tag of "fraud firm" on Speak Asia? Don't they have any respect or fear from the apex court of the country? Isn't there any law in our country which can keep insane media under control? Isn't Times of India an accused of contempt of court?

2. All of us remember that it was none other than Times Of India which was publishing the half page advertisement of Speak Asia every week, seeing which thousands of innocent Indians joined the company. Didn't Times of India know that time that the company is running a fraud scheme? Or they are just bothered about money and have no business ethics?

3. All of us know that malicious competitors of the SAOL are behind this regular media attack and particularly at a time when the mediation process has been completed and the verdict is almost at our doorstep.Honorable supreme court after deliberate perusal of facts found that its a genuine trade dispute and should be resolved through mediation process, and also appointed a mediator who is none other than the ex chief justice of India. Why Times Of India is not reporting what is happening positive in supreme court in favor of SAOL?

Friends ! there are many other questions which we can ask from the malicious media which is supposed to be neutral. But in the case of Speak Asia case we all have seen the nude picture of the Indian media and we have come to know that media in our country is just a business for making profit and genuine journalism cannot be expected from it. At this critical point of time when the final verdict is about to come we request each and every Speak Asian to be united and have trust in the judicial system of the country. The legal process is very slow in our country but finally the truth prevails in the court.

Dear PaisaWorld viewers,

As per our conversation with the SAOL officials following are the updates:

1. The much awaited mediation meeting under the supervision of honorable retd. chief justice of India Mr. Lahoti has been concluded. The third and final mediation meeting happened yesterday on 19th december, 2011.

2. An important fact to be noted is that the Economic Offence Wing(EOW) of Mumbai Police was also represented in the last meeting. Now each and every party has been represented properly in front of the honorable mediator.

3. Now once honorable Mr. Lahoti presents his mediation report in supreme court the hearing will start. It is expected to start in first week of January after the winter vacation of the court.

Note: In our view the Speak Asia case has come to a conclusive phase where as soon as the hearing in supreme court starts, within few weeks the final verdict will be out. At this moment we suggest all the Speak Asians to stay united and pray to god that the final outcome come in the favor of Speak Asia family.

Good Evening Speakasians,

The heart wants to start celebrating but the mind advices to show some restraint till the final verdict is announced by the Hon. Supreme Court.

Hon’ble Mr. Justice R.C. Lahoti ji has concluded his mediation process yesterday i.e. 19th December, 2011.

It is now clear that all the respondents have recorded their presence before the Hon. Mediator including the elusive EOW.

Hon’ble Mr. Justice Lahoti ji will soon file his report before the Hon. Supreme Court and the matter should come up for hearing before the Supreme Court in early January, 2012.

I only wish to draw the attention of all the Speakasians that although the matter is moving positively in our favour the relief as is being spread on various forums is absolutely false and baseless.

The WEBSITE AND PAYMENTS are not going to start before 28th December, 2011 etc. like is being reported on various forums. All this will surely happen but only after the matter has been heard and finally ordered by the Hon. Supreme Court.

It is now only a matter of time that we all will taste sweet victory very very soon.

PW-Team’s Updates: 19th December, 2011.

Good Morning Speakasians,

It’s been a while since I have been able to post my updates mainly because I have been having a series of meetings and co coordinating various activities all related to our battle for survival.

Coming straight to the point of updating my Speakasian Family as to the current legal position in the various matters, I wish to summarize as follows:

1. The AISPA Writ filed in the Mumbai High Court CRWP/3611/2011 was heard on 9th December and later on 14th December, on both the occasions after 5pm only because the court took cognizance of the importance of the matter.

2. In the last hearing the EOW objected to AISPA being the party on the ground that AISPA was not named in the FIR. EOW also wanted the WRIT to be dismissed on the grounds that the complainant (Navneet Khosla) was not a party respondent.

3. The Hon. High Court is seized of the matter and without taking the option of dismissing the WRIT, sensing the importance of the matter ordered AISPA to suitably amend the petition.

4. The matter is now posted for hearing on the 22nd December, 2011. The WRIT has been amended and is being amended further under the advice of the Hon. High Court.

5. I wish to remind all the Speakasians that this WRIT has been filed against the EOW and its atrocities in the SAOL matter.

6. Mr. Melwyn Crasto’s bail was rejected by the Learned Magistrate. The bail application is now filed in the Hon’ble Session’s court and will come up for hearing on 30th December, 2011. This is one delay which is excruciatingly painful

7. Mr. Ashish Dandekar was sent to Judicial Custody by the learned Magistrate. His bail application was filed and was heard on 17th December, 2011. The matter is now posted for orders on 20th December, 2011.

8. SLP 7509 and 7510 of 2011 in the Hon. Supreme Court, relating to quashing of FIR in Andhra Pradesh, could not be heard as the notices could not be served due to some administrative issues. The SLP’s will now be heard sometime in last week January or first week of February 2012.

9. The above SLP’s are filed against the CB CID AP and the NGO “Corporate Fraud Watch”.

10. Hon. Mr. Justice Lahoti ji Mediation meet will be heard sooner than we all expect. The Progress in this mediation meet is more than positive in our favour. The swift pace of the progress is due to the proactive manner in which both SAOL and HVP have represented themselves before the Hon. Mediator.

11. We all know that RBI and CBDT (IT Dept) have both already come before the Mediator. I am sure, as per the submissions of the EOW before the Mumbai High Court in the last hearing on the 14th December, 2011, the EOW will surely come before the Mediator in the third Mediation meeting.

I wish to inform the entire Speakasian family that the whole process is moving in the positive direction albeit a little slow and that is what is testing the patience of this entire wonderful family. As per the opinion of the legal team the matter is positively poised in our favour and has moved thus far in a way far better than our expectations and we can clearly see the resultant outcome in our favour.

There have been various discussions and viewpoints aired by various panelists on some steps taken on the advice of the legal team to which I only wish to comment that while you are being treated by doctors for some ailment you simply entrust your faith in the hands of the doctor, you do not start educating yourself in medical science. With the advent of the Google Search one may do a superficial study on the ailment to know some details but cannot doubt the doctor on his line of treatment.

Similarly neither I nor anybody else who is not a lawyer or advocate is qualified to express our opinion in the matter. I for one have decided to follow the advice of our legal team without doubting their ability or question their intention as I am aware that we are being represented by the best of the best in this field.

The only saving grace for us, in this atrocious fight against the corrupt and illogical system, has been our unquestionable and unflinching unity. We will not allow this unity to be splintered away at whatever cost. Our vision and goal is absolutely clear we will not drift away. We are all duty bound to remain united and fight this battle for the final victory of SAOL and indeed for all Speakasians.

“First they ignore you (SAOL Competitors), then they laugh at you (Star News), then they fight you (Authorities), then you win (SAOL)”.

At the end of the journey when everybody is tired and fighting fatigue, I know it is difficult to keep your thoughts in the right perspective and maintain some sort of sanity but then this is what tough people like us Speakasians are made off.

Hold your breath, keep united fight off negativity and visualize positivity.

Speak Asia's present and future . . .19-Dec-2011

Dear Paisaworld Viewers,

Its been quite a while we could not update you on the legal proceedings relation to SAOL. As everyone must know that we are unable to update you all because as per the direction of the honorable mediator retd. justice Mr. Lahoti the entire mediation process has to be kept secret.

At this point of time we request all Speak Asians not to pay attention to any unauthentic information either positive or negative. One fact which we have come to know through our SAOL sources that the mediation meeting is certainly going in SAOL panelists favor and the hearing in supreme court on the outcome of the mediation process is going to start very soon.

There are several court hearing going on simultaneously in SAOL matter both criminal and civil in nature, but the one on which the immediate distribution of money to the panelists and the future of Speak Asia business is dependent is the Solomen James matter under the mediation of honorable Mr. Lahoti. One clear cut instruction to the concerned govt. dept. by the supreme court, obviously after getting satisfied about the business model and its lawful execution by SAOL, and you will see your Reward Points (RPs) getting reflected in your bank Accounts and business getting restarted.

Paisaworld's suggestion to all Speak Asians is not to worry at all because in the history of online marketing in India no Company other than SAOL has fought its case in each and every concerned court of law, so vigorously and dutifully. Generally in the absence of any clear cut law to govern online direct selling in India every time when authorities and competitors hit a Company, the promoters and management prefers to run away rather than fighting the battle. In Speak Asia's case the authorities, media and competitors got a sure surprise and the Company proved it beyond doubt that they have a sustainable business model in place and they are not going anywhere.

It is not secret that they have appointed one among the best lawyers in the country, are able to hold entire consumer base of 20 lakh people as well as employees, have no intention to flee the country in any way and fighting the case tooth and nail.

In our point of view the future of Speak Asia business will be very secure and rewarding which could be passed on to the next generation. Once the Company comes out of this legal mess every one can peacefully earn their living on it without having fear of being unnecessarily harassed by the corrupt and rotten system of our Country.
