Supreme Court hearing[17-11-2011]

UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
                            O R D E R

We have heard the learned counsel for the parties.
In our considered view, it is a fit case where a
serious attempt should be made for an amicable settlement
of the dispute between the parties through the
intervention of a learned mediator.
We, accordingly, request Hon'ble Mr. Justice R.C.
Lahoti (Former Chief Justice of India) to explore the
possibility of an amicable settlement between the parties
and submit a report to this Court after the mediation
proceedings are concluded.
The learned Mediator would be at liberty to fix
his fees/remuneration.
We direct the parties to appear before Hon'ble
Mr. Justice R.C. Lahoti on 21st November, 2011 at 11.00
a.m.
List this matter immediately after receiving the
report from the learned mediator.
A copy of this order be sent to the learned
mediator within two days through a special messenger.
