Update from Corporate Marketing Team

Dear SpeakAsians,

Today morning yet again we have been targeted with a malicious and motivated news item in website of one of the Newspapers in India.

This news item wrongly states that our India operation COO Mr. Tarak Bajpai has disappeared . It further goes on to also state the police have seized two cars and other properties etc. of Mr. Tarak Bajpai which is completely false and unsubstantiated.

While Mr. Tarak Bajpai has undergone a surgery, he and the rest of the team have been cooperating with the law enforcement agencies as well as all other authorities looking into the allegations leveled against the company by some uninformed and motivated section of people.

All necessary actions are being initiated to try and stop such kind of malicious and un-substantiated news items from being reported.

We once again appeal to you not to pay any attention to such kind of reports as they are completely false and motivated.

Supreme Court hearing of Speak Asia on 18/10/2011

Dear paisaworld viewers

As per our conversation with the officials of Speak Asia the hearing in the honorable Supreme court happened as follows:

1. The SAOL Lawyers in supreme court said the first point that all the accounts those are siezed by Andhra Pradesh CID, be transfered under Supreme court of India which the Honorable judge agreed and ordered for the same.

2. The SAOL Lawyers asked for a committee to be made and headed by retired Supreme court judge for disbursement of funds to panelists, and Supreme court agreed for that too and formed a committee headed by retd. Judge Justice Lahoti.

3. The court came very harsh on all the concerned agencies and departments for not submitting their reports yet.

4. Next hearing is on 8th November 2011.

From today's hearing we are certainly seeing a very positive ray of hope that our Company will start its normal business operations very soon. First step towards this will be the disbursement of dues to panelists by the Company which is now 100% guaranteed as per today's direction of the honorable Supreme Court. We are very near to victory from where we can see a very bright future for our family and friends.
